Nature Coast Real Estate School began serving the educational needs of real estate professionals in 2001. The Business and Financial education course curriculum, combined with the state-required courses, provide a superior education demanded by today’s buyers and sellers of real estate. We have classroom locations in Hernando and Pasco counties. Serving the central Florida cities of Brooksville, Spring Hill, New Port Richey, and Land O’ Lakes. We offer classroom courses for Pre-Licensing of Florida Real Estate Sales Associates, Real Estate Brokers, and Mortgage Brokers. We also offer classroom courses for Post-Licensing for Real Estate Sales Associates, Real Estate Brokers, and Continuing Education for Real Estate Sales and Broker licensees as well as Continuing Education for Mortgage Brokers.
