Florida Mortgage Broker - 24 Hour Classroom Course

To be eligible for licensure as a Mortgage Broker anyone applying for the license must complete 24-hours of approved classroom education. This course is also required for all new Principal Representatives.

The classroom requirement can only be met by attending the required 24-hour Mortgage Brokerage training course.

***This class counts as 11 hours towards your Real Estate Sales/Brokers Continuing Education.***

The law does not permit this course to be taught online or by correspondence. Out of state applicants are also required to complete the 24-hour course.
